Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 30 days, with proof of purchase, with the original payment method. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
• Seasonal Holiday items are FINAL Sale
• Returns after 30 days or items with gift receipts will be issued store credit
• No returns after 90 days
• CAR SEATS, clearance and final sale items, are FINAL SALE

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  

Regular priced items purchased as a gift will be returned as store credit only with gift receipt.  

Online Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, the payment is processed that evening. If you decide to cancel the order you may do so as long as it has not been shipped. 

We do NOT ship to freight forwarders or UPS stores - all orders must have a confirmed address for billing and shipping. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders that originate outside of the USA or orders with multiple failed payment attempts. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale, especially, but not limited to, volume JellyCat purchases.

 

Product Defects

If for any reason you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. In most cases we will take the product back and replace it as long as it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. If we do not have a proper replacement in stock we may put you in contact with the manufacturer.

Coupons & Discounts

Discount and coupon codes are non-transferable. Coupons and discounts can not be combined with any other offers or used on package deals. They do not have any cash value and can only be applied towards store merchandise. All promotions are one per customer/family.  Vendors excluded from all discounts include but are not limited to: Million Dollar Baby, Baby Letto, Stokke, Patagonia, Nuna, Clek, UppaBaby, Micro Kickboard, Naturepedic, VEER, Mountain Buggy, Britax, Bob, Peg and Bumbleride. Special order items are excluded from discounts.

Pricing Policies

In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel orders.  We are committed to selling products at MSRP and occasionally errors are made when inputting items on the web.  If this happens we will correct the pricing and cancel orders if the correct price is not agreeable.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-transferable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and can not be returned for a cash refund. The gift card can only be used to purchase store merchandise.  If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate you are responsible for the balance.  Gift Cards expire after 5 years.

Security and Privacy

We hate spam just as much as you do. On a very rare occasion we may send out an email to our customers to notify them of specials, sales or promotions. We will NEVER sell your contact information to anyone!

The security of your payment details and personal information is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we never see, nor do we retain, any credit card information. All credit card payments are encrypted and processed through our secure payment gateway and are used only for the transaction that you authorize. Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail are used only for communications with us and to ship your order.
