They are made with 3D glittery seashell embroidered with pearls and golden details, a sequinned mermaid tail, a glittery starfish, and a bouquet of pearls! The tutu is made from light blue, aqua, pink and purple tulle creating a really cool ocean colour effect! This tutu has an elasticized waistband for comfort and size flexibility, and it is washable!
